Terms and Conditions

This MENTORSHIP program is a rewarding initiative that connects students and job seekers to data professionals in Australian market.

Each of the Mentors and Mentees have some responsibilities. These terms defined to get the highest achievements.
 

Mentors:

  • Provide accurate information, including work experience and qualifications  
  • Understand and accept the aims and limitations of this program
  • Offer feedback, through partnership surveys to enable HOGOLYTICS to evaluate and develop the program
  • Be aware of Hogolytics’s values, which include welcoming and respecting diversity, and commit to preserve and support these throughout interactions on the program
  • Maintain the confidentiality of information shared within the mentoring partnership
  • Advise the Hogolytics Mentoring team immediately if a problem arises in the mentoring relationship 
  • Advise the Hogolytics Mentoring team in writing if they do not wish to appear in videos or photos taken at events, workshops and other activities
  • Display professional behaviour throughout the mentoring partnerships
  • Conduct minimum monthly meeting through mentor’s preferred method (in person, online, phone)
  • Mentors are not responsible to teach or provide a job for mentees. However, they can help mentees if they have some opportunities
  • Hogolytics has the right to use marketing benefits of this program

Mentees:

  • Mentees must behave in a manner that is consistent with a respectful learning and working environment. Hogolytics fosters an environment of mutual respect. Mentees must treat others with respect, and are entitled to be respected.
  • It is expected that mentees get support and advise from their mentor; however, teaching or finding a job are not mentors’ responsibilities. Mentees are not allowed to ask their mentor to provide a job for them.
  • Contacting to mentors should be through their preferred method (in person, online, phone)
  • Offer feedback, through partnership surveys to enable HOGOLYTICS to evaluate and develop the program
  • Be aware of Hogolytics’s values, which include welcoming and respecting diversity, and commit to preserve and support these throughout interactions on the program
  • Maintain the confidentiality of information shared within the mentoring partnership
